"I absolutely love my work, and not many people can honestly say that. During my experience with ON-SITE TM, I have learned that a Manager can not Manage until they are a Leader. I feel the primary job of a Leader is to empower by removing obstacles and creating simplicity for those around them."
A. Good question. Working with On-Site TM is a great opportunity with tremendous benefits like extra income, flexibility, balance and freedom, but it is certainly not for everyone! A. On-Site TM has been in the lead generation business, serving small to medium sized companies, for over 18 years. We are a virtual, lead generation company, which means we make calls on our client's behalf and we all work from our own home offices. We help a variety of different businesses in multiple industries who want to connect with their customers via the phone. Essentially, we make calls to businesses to set up face to face appointments or tele-conferences for our clients. Our clients then have the opportunity to meet new decision makers, make stronger connections and sell their products and services.
Our goal is to generate qualified leads and appointment for our clients. This means we don't just talk, we listen, ask questions and learn about the customer's specific needs. We then set an appointment for our client to meet face to face or speak with their new contact on the phone. All this information is passed on to our clients through detailed notes we take in our ACT reporting system.
To get a better idea of how it works, you can listen to these calls below.
Some calls are easy.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, it just
doesn´t happen.
Sometimes they are
more of a challenge.
In the evenings, we contact patients of physicians who are expecting our calls. We are either inviting them to an event their physician is holding or following up for their physician after they have discussed new medical services with that patient called concierge's medicine. All our TSR's are thoroughly trained on these services as patients often have questions. Below are some examples of actual evening calls.

A. We are looking for people to work part time, around 10 to 20 hours per week and we have many different daytime and evening scheduling options.
A. Beginning and ongoing training is critical to your and our success. You'll receive paid training the moment you start working with On-Site. Once you're ready to use the computer and VOIP systems, you'll be trained on your specific project. Then you'll work closely with your team leader and coach to learn how to get through to your contact, build rapport, ask the right questions, engage in professional conversations, overcome common objections, fully qualify prospects, and set appointments with the right decision makers.
A. You will always be paid an hourly rate for your work, plus bonuses for your performance. Depending on the amount of hours you work, and once you are fully trained, you can expect around $100 to $350 per week. Our human resources manager can go into more of those details once you have sent a resume and scheduled a proper interview.
A. To run our ACT and VOIP phone systems you'll need high-speed internet access with certain core processor requirements. All the calls are run through your computer, so you do not need long distance service. You will also need a proper headset, for which you will be reimbursed once your training is complete.
