Q. How much do you charge?
A. A starter program (calls made from our Halifax call
center) runs under $1,000 per month. There's a small one-time
start-up fee to cover the design of the program, the script
and objection responses, and some time for role-playing
before we go "live". You can either provide your own leads
or we will purchase them for you from one of our many sources.
Q. Can I just "test out" the program for a week or so?
A few other companies on the web advertise a "try before
you buy" approach.
A. We found that these approaches fail because it takes
us, and you, time to get into the project, work on the initial
contacts and objections, see if we have the right list,
give our people time to get comfortable with new terminology
in the conversations they are having, and a host of other
reasons. In our opinion, very short-term trial programs
almost always leave everyone feeling dissatisfied. That's
why our minimum agreement is for 3 months.
Q. Do your TSRs work with scripts?
A. We provide our people with an outline script and allow
them to vary their conversations to meet the needs and pace
of the person they called. We try to prepare them for the
most likely situations that will occur and let them take
the call from there. No two calls are treated alike.
Q. Our business is pretty complicated. How will your
TSRs understand all the technicalities?
A. Initially, they probably won't. So we offer a conference
call option at no extra charge. Here's how it works … Our
TSRs arrange to call at times when you or one of your associates
will be available. When the questions start getting complex
we link up on a conference call with a qualified person
from your company. People are impatient. They want answers
to questions now … not later. This way, they'll get their
answers and maintain interest in your product or service.
Q. If the program works, can we bring it in-house?
A. Absolutely. We can test out the program from our call
center in Halifax then turn it over to you when you are
ready. If you'd like we'll continue consulting services
with you to make sure your program continues to work properly
and bring you the results you expect.
Q. I already have my own call center, but it's not producing
the results I'd like. Can you help me?
A. Definitely. We provide a full onsite "tune-up" with customized
recommendations for just $795.00. (Please see the ON-SITE
TUNE-UP section of this website for more information).
Q. Do you work on just businesses or do you call homeowners
directly?
A. Our call center focuses on businesses only. However,
we can provide you with our "tune-up" or other consulting
services for your own in-house consumer-based telemarketing
operation.
Q. Does your call center handle inbound calls?
A. Yes. We have a toll-free number and can design an inbound
program for you.
Q. Will you help us integrate the telemarketing program
into our overall marketing plan?
A. Of course. Telemarketing isn't a stand-alone program.
Results vastly improve when telemarketing is combined with
e-mail, direct mail, or other marketing techniques. Our
first step in working with someone on any project is a consultative
interview either in person or by phone. We need to find
out what makes you and your products and services unique.
Then, armed with that information, together we will design
an affordable program that will bring you results.
