INDEPENDENCE.

We don't hire you - you're an independent contractor. We work together to pick the best assignments for you and the hours you want to work, within our guidelines and our clients parameters, of course.

  • Tele-Service Representatives, (TSR's), generally work 20-25 hours each week making business-to-business phone contact calls on behalf of our clients. The goal of these calls is to generate qualified prospects and set solid appointments. Our approach focuses on building rapport, asking the right questions and engaging in well thought out conversations with the right decision makers.
  • Team leaders and managers are the backbone of our company. These are supervisors who are involved in overall company strategy, business development, script development, training TSR's, trouble-shooting and problem solving. Our team leaders work directly with their group of TSR's daily.
  • Team leaders and managers lead by example. They are expected to make their own calls to maintain a thorough understanding of each account their team is assigned.
