Q. What do you like best about your job?

A.The freedom to work my own schedule and the support of everyone on the management team. Everyone has made this the best job I have ever had!

Q. Is there a telephone tip you would like to share?

A. I just notice when I have a positive attitude, my time on the phone is better-so for me, it is all about being in my happy place.

Q. What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

A. Really I love them all! Almost.

Q. If you could travel anywhere in the world - where would you go and why?

A. Tibet, it would be exciting to be in another country and explore the contrasts.

Q. When you were little - What did you used to say you wanted to do/be "when you grew up"?

A. A singer

Q. How do you spend your free time?

A .Driving my son for wrestling, visiting my daughter in college, gathering the kids together for family time.

A. Swimming
