Here's how a typical program might work. boxes
  • Our Project Manager will contact you and set up a comprehensive FACT FINDING interview. Based on the information you provide we'll give you an honest appraisal on whether we think we can effectively produce leads and appointments in your market and how much a starter program will cost.
  • Assuming we move forward, the next step will be for us to jointly select the list of companies that we are to call. We may know the best industries to call in general, but you know the ones that are effective in your market. Once we agree, we will order at least 1,000 contact names and phone numbers.
  • We will design a customized database in our system based on the services you want to offer. The next step will be to populate your database with the list of 1,000 companies that we have purchased for you.
  • Our scriptwriter will draft an outline subject to your final approval. We´ll select those TSRs who we believe will perform best in your area and give them (and only them) access to the database we have created for you.
  • Our TSRs will set qualified appointments with decision makers who are interested in one or more of your services. Understand please, we on don´t try to sell your product. You or one of your account reps will still have to analyze their needs and present the records program that best fits. That said, our appointments are also not simple "drop-offs" where you are asked to just leave information. We believe in quality over quantity.
  • After we set the appointment, we´ll send you or a designated person from your office, a comprehensive report detailing as much pertinent information ("hot buttons") as we can. Our TSRs want you to make the sale just as much as you. You should know that they get a bonus whenever you make a sale. Not to worry ... it´s all part of your hourly rate!
